We recently had custom built-in cabinets and shelving installed by our fireplace, and we couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. The craftsmanship is outstanding; everything is clean, symmetrical, and perfectly tailored to the space. Brian made the entire process seamless, from helping plan and design the custom piece to being completely transparent about costs. Communication was excellent throughout, and there were no surprises. We highly recommend Avellino Construction & Home Improvement for anyone looking for quality work and a smooth, professional experience.

Highly recommend! Honest, skilled, and adaptable. I initially hired Brian to replace just a few worn-out deck boards, stair treads and reinforce the railings. However, he pointed out that my old boards had shrunk so much over time that the new ones wouldn’t fit seamlessly. Brian walked me through the issue and options, and I pivoted to replacing all the decking. Seeing how great the progress looked, I also decided mid-project to have the top rails, all the stair treads and platform decking replaced too. Brian adapted perfectly to the changes, and even took the extra time to reinforce the underlying structure so everything is completely solid. He was professional, flexible, and did a phenomenal job!

Our home renovation exceeded expectations, thanks to the expertise and dedication of Avellino Construction & Home Improvement, LLC.
We have used Brian at Avellino Construction For multiple projects in our house. They have completely Rewired the electric in our garage as well as installed a mini split, as well as assisted in the complete renovation of our garage, including new window installation, framing, insulation, etc. They came at the last minute when our ceiling was leaking and was successfully able to repair a leak in the seam of our roof. Brian quickly & successfully repaired a huge plumbing leak in our basement In an emergency situation. (We own 130+ year old home and problems are popping up all the time) We could not be happier with the Quality of work, Timeliness, Professionalism and reasonable pricing. I highly recommend them for all of your home repair & construction needs.

I had three electricians give me quotes about fixing issues found during our home inspection before we bought it. Brian and Lou gave me the clearest quote about what I would be paying for and how much it would cost. They arrived on time and did great work on our house. It was clear that Brian cared about doing good work not just finishing the job and came by for an extra visit to ensure what he did was up to his standards. I would use them again for any electrical issues!

We recently used Avellino Construction for a major home project including a second story deck and custom built-in cabinetry for a walk-in closet. I could not be happier with the results. Brian's team was professional, punctual, and incredibly skilled. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, Brian communicated clearly, listened to all of my needs, and delivered exceptional craftmanship. The project was completed on time and within budget, met with meticulous attention to detail. My home looks better than I ever imagined, and I am thrilled with the quality of their work. I highly recommend Avelino to anyone looking for top-notch construction!!!!

Brian recently completed a job at our home in which he expanded one of our rooms. We had an existing exterior wall with a window seat that was not built properly. Brian rebuilt this wall. He laid foundation, removed the existing wall and window seat, and built a new wall with windows to extend the space. He also re-ran electrical in the wall, providing us with new outlets and can lights. He re-sided the exterior of the house, replaced an exterior door and installed exterior light fixtures. From estimate to completion of the job, Brian was fabulous. He offered wonderful suggestions and ideas when designing the area, which made the space much more beautiful than we had anticipated. His communication was great. He was quick to respond to messages and answer questions. He communicated issues from previous contractors that he discovered during the construction process. He was always prompt and worked full days. His work was thorough and meticulous. He was able to match the existing siding perfectly. He also perfectly matched the trim and moulding on the interior to the rest of the room. You would never know that recent construction had occurred. He completed the work in the time promised and was budget conscious. I would highly recommend him.
